At Mach Leather, we take pride in our excellent craftsmanship. Each Mach Leather product is considered heirloom quality, and should be treated as such. If one of our products fails due to a mistake in the craftsmanship, we will make it right!

What Our Lifetime Guarantee Covers

Our lifetime guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your Mach Leather product fails due to an issue related to how it was made, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Covered issues may include:

  • Stitching that comes undone due to workmanship

  • Hardware failure caused by manufacturing defects

  • Structural failure of the leather related to construction

What Is Not Covered

Leather is a natural material that evolves with use. Our guarantee does not cover damage or changes resulting from normal use or external factors, including but not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, scuffs, dents, or stretching

  • Patina, fading, or discoloration over time

  • Water damage, moisture exposure, or mold

  • Damage caused by heat, sunlight, chemicals, or improper storage

  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or alterations made by anyone other than Mach Leather

These changes are considered part of the character and aging process of leather goods and are not defects.

 

Repairs and Evaluation

All warranty claims are subject to inspection. If the issue is determined to be a defect in craftsmanship or materials, Mach Leather will repair or replace the item. If repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

If the damage is not covered under the lifetime guarantee, we may still offer paid repair services when possible.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Mach Leather for warranty evaluation. Mach Leather will cover return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements.
