All Mach Leather goods are designed and handmade in the United States.


What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, full-grain leathers sourced from reputable tanneries in Europe and the United States, along with durable hardware chosen for longevity and character. Materials, and their origins, are disclosed for each product in their respective listing. 


How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days. If an item is made-to-order or has an extended lead time, it will be clearly noted on the product page.


Do you offer custom or made-to-order items?

How should I care for my leather goods?

Leather requires minimal care. Keep your item dry, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct heat. Patina and wear are expected and encouraged.


Will my item look exactly like the photos?

When you buy a Mach Leather product, you're not necessarily purchasing the exact item in the product photos. The product photos demonstrate the color, material used, and pattern of the product. Each piece is handmade from natural leather, so slight variations in color, grain, and markings are normal. These variations are not flaws, they’re a hallmark of full-grain leather and craftsmanship.
